Village household „Hrvoje“ was founded in 1990. The goal of our services is to preserve the customs of preparing the dalmatian meals in a traditonal way. This way of preparing meals provides delicacy and the special gastronomic taste of the prepared meals. Most of the meals are prepared in the fireplace so that the guests have a chance to see the preparation. Pork and lamb are our most popular specialities and also rooster and veal risotto, cuttlefish risotto and pasta with beans with dry meat. |
